The storm has hit New York City as well, and the Portland NIMO team is experiencing wind, rain/snow and temps in the 30's, but no disruptions to work.

11-7-12 Update on status of NIMO due to weather
Most of Atlanta NIMO has moved out of the Incident Command Post at Long Beach on Long Island due to the incoming winter storm. Ops and Safety are still there, but other NIMOs and the Indiana team they are working with, have moved to Farmingdale about 45 minutes away. It was snowing on the drive out. Some are working their hotel; others are at a local fire hall.
