Project Requests

If you would like to request NIMO's help on a project, please send your request by email to one of our Incident Commanders, or the NIMO Coordinator, who will submit your request for consideration. There is also a fillable request form on the NIMO Forest Service webpage - the link is below.

All requests will be discussed and all will get a response but, unfortunately, not all requests can be fulfilled.

• State
• Phone number
• Email
• Which NIMO team you are requesting if applicable?
• A description of your project
• The desired outcome of your project
• Any other pertinent information
• Why are you requesting NIMO, specifically, for this job?
• How long will the project take?
• Is there a cost to NIMO to complete the project? (explain if you are expecting NIMO to cover some of the cost)
• Do you have a charge code that all expenses can be billed to?
